DSSI is empanelled for the last two and a half decades with “Transchart” Transchart is a wing of Ministry of Shipping & Transport, Government of India through which Government and Government related companies have to charter vessels for import and export of their cargoes. By virtue of this DSSI has information for both dry and liquid cargoes for which vessels are required for shipments on behalf of Government / Government companies.

Import and exports of Government and Government controlled companies have to go through Transchart (Shipping wing of Ministry of Shipping, Government of India) for their shipping requirements.

Since DSSI have established long term relations with ship owners / charterers / brokers, it can offer an ideal mix of ships and cargoes with the assurance of best services at all times.

DSSI is also involved in offering vessels on time charter and also help in sale and purchase of ships both for further employment and or demolition.
